The Chardonnay grapes for this wine come from vinayards located in the Veles wine district, microlocality called Kamenjata. Gorgeous and full-bodied wine, fermented in oak barrels with extended contact on fine lees for 8 months with the so-called sur-lie method. Intense on the nose, featuring buttered pineapple, poached pears and vanilla pods. The palate is elegant and buttery with vanilla pudding and biscuit flavours, and vibrant citrus acidity. The finish is long with candied ginger spiciness.
